Technical Support & Software Updates

Extended Technical Support Service (ETS) and the Additions, Enhancements, Updates Service, including Maintenance and Insurance (AEU-MI) may be renewed on an annual basis for a yearly fee determined as a percentage of the amount paid for the software, i.e. the one-time license fee:

Additions, Enhancements, Updates Service, including Maintenance and Insurance (AEU-MI)	12 % of license fee
Extended Technical Support Service (ETS, requires the AEU-MI Service)	10 % of license fee

Payment, Subscription and Rental Options

A software license may be purchased with a single payment or, for qualified clients, payments can be made in installments over a period of up to 3 years. Discounts may be available for qualified small companies or those headquartered in nations with developing and strained economies.

Also, for many software packages, qualified clients may be eligible for a license subscription or a license rental, with annual fees that are less than the fee of a license purchase.

Clients that decide to purchase a license at the end of a rental period can have the annual rental fee that they paid applied towards the license purchase fee. License subscription fees cannot be applied to license purchases, but are generally less than license rental fees.
